Charges extra just to drop of a package with a prepaid label
10 dollar fee to drop off a package...
Wow, they charge $10 to drop anything off, even if it's labeled. Absolutely insane... Don't come here
Was told there is a $10 package handling fee becuase they are in a hotel. Nope.
Scheduled fedex pick up from my hotel never executed. Was able to work with the staff at the Intercontinental and the Marriott to get my express shipping out before last pick up. Incredibly helpful
