I needed two print jobs done. I told Josh I would print one myself and the other I needed assistance with because of the type of paper. I explain to him both jobs. He said he would print both of them for me behind the counter so I could do it in one transaction. He explained me the price. I had an issue with a copier. I had to add paper and when I did, it started printing things that weren't mine. I asked the guy at the counter to take the charges off my card. He just said Oh, it needs paper. I repeated that I added paper, etc. Fortunately, the charges weren't applied to my card, but the job wouldn't cancel. Nobody came to check on the machine or help. This location is awesome and Josh is the best employee they have. He was beyond helpful and professional with my huge boxes that I needed removed from my car and shipped. I wish everyone had his work ethic.
