I had an amazing experience when it came to customer service with the tall young man who had freckles i wasn’t sure of his name but he was extremely attentive and polite!
Was told FedEx can't do international prepaid return labels (so documents can be sent back to US). Wrong, the FedEx office down the street did this no problem.
Oz was extremely helpful and attentive! He fixed a mistake that another location had made, and promptly as well! Thank you!
I needed two print jobs done. I told Josh I would print one myself and the other I needed assistance with because of the type of paper. I explain to him both jobs. He said he would print both of them for me behind the counter so I could do it in one transaction. He explained me the price.
