I needed two print jobs done. I told Josh I would print one myself and the other I needed assistance with because of the type of paper. I explain to him both jobs. He said he would print both of them for me behind the counter so I could do it in one transaction. He explained me the price. I had an issue with a copier. I had to add paper and when I did, it started printing things that weren't mine. I asked the guy at the counter to take the charges off my card. He just said Oh, it needs paper. I repeated that I added paper, etc. Fortunately, the charges weren't applied to my card, but the job wouldn't cancel. Nobody came to check on the machine or help.
