I understand that working with the general public is frustrating, trust me. And I get that having to repeat yourself multiple times a day to multiple customers is the worst. But I think it might be easier if you'd just print out a word document saying "please leave packages on top of drop box" and tape it up instead of saying from the desk, with the exact same tone as someone speaking to a misbehaving six year old, that the face down, backwards piece of plastic halfway inside the drop box chute with no visible words on it sh... read more
Nothing against the very friendly staff, but they (the company) have a dumb money suck of a printing service, basically have to prepay and guess up front how much u need to pay for printing PLUS the timer. Go to USPS instead where they just add the price for pages afterwards
I’ve left a return on the table, but employees stole it and didn’t upload in the system. FedEx phone number and website could not help me.
Its a small basic location.Excessive fax charges not sure if all fedex charge so much now but faxed 5 pages front and back cgarfed $23.Cheaper to overnight via usps.
