This new employee, shay, he's rude as hell. This used to be a great place, friendly employees, but they somehow got relocated and now you're stuck dealing with employees like shay
They treated me viciously, I do not know English well, but this does not mean that they can communicate with a person like that, they can calmly explain, I will never come here , and I do not advise you
FedEx on Erie is my most favorite FedEx store in Chicago. All the staff are very experienced, gracious, and helpful.
I came in last minute with a complicated printing order and Courtney was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful!! She was definitely on the ball with helping me out and making sure other customers were helped as well, plus it's a clean and well maintained location with other friendly staff members. Thanks, guys!
