I had a $80 print order that was completely botched by this FedEx location. When I complained the staff were rude and unhelpful. They started victim blaming me for using the wrong visual design software and the file sizes being too large. They also informed me that despite the web preview looking fine that it was still my fault the project came out wrong. There were missing layers, colors, and pages printed in the wrong order. This new employee, shay, he's rude as hell. This used to be a great place, friendly employees, but they somehow got relocated and now you're stuck dealing with employees like shay
They treated me viciously, I do not know English well, but this does not mean that they can communicate with a person like that, they can calmly explain, I will never come here , and I do not advise you
