Valerie and Josh were so helpful and it’s very much appreciated. I come here periodically instead of the one closer to my office because they’re so much nicer here. Valerie is usually who’s working when I come in. Came in this last time in a rush on tax day and just wanted to give them a big thank you for their help.

Dear Lord, the man who waited on me at 5:15 p.m on Sept 9 with long hair could not have been less interested or friendly. Honestly, I know this probably isn't his dream job but don't take out your frustration on me. Mumbled, rolled his eyes and could barely be bothered to have to answer my questions. I am so sick of lack of customer service. The store was empty...he was just sanding there doing NOTHING when I entered yet still couldn't even muster up a smile or LORD FORBID a thank you.
