Awful customer service the woman at the counter had a bad attitude the second I walked in and acted like she was annoyed I was there.
The clerk is rude and didn’t tell me the plastic bag is 3.85 dollars for package when I return stuff which should be free. She also ask me to package itself.
so incredibly rude and slow! went to pick up a package (FedEx ground are too lazy to deliver to my building, UPS has no problem) so they've started delivering to this location instead which is a pain, the lady that went to get my box was just tossing it around without a care she was rude when I asked her to please be careful with my things, awful place
I went in to complete, what should be a simple print job that turns into a complete F show. Whatever acrobat system they have does not allow you to combine PDFs, so when I went to ask if there was a way to combine 94 documents into one versus having to print 94 documents twice. Nobody knew exactly what to do in the manager and her staff is seriously incompetent. I had to go to another FedEx in order to get what I need to complete it.
