Dear Lord, the man who waited on me at 5:15 p.m on Sept 9 with long hair could not have been less interested or friendly. Honestly, I know this probably isn't his dream job but don't take out your frustration on me. Mumbled, rolled his eyes and could barely be bothered to have to answer my questions. I want to give a huge shoutout to Kevontae and the amazing team at FedEx who truly went above and beyond for me! I came in around 6:30 PM with some very last-minute printing needs, and they absolutely held it down. Despite the time crunch, they were professional, patient, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Kevontae and the others made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable. I’m so grateful for their dedication and customer service. Thank you all!
