I had such a great experience at FedEx thanks to Jojo! I came in needing help printing invitations, and after being told by others that it couldn’t be done, Jojo stepped in and completely turned things around. Best FedEx location in Houston. They’re always so helpful and accommodating while being fast and efficient. Every transaction is thorough, giving you all your options, while paying close attention to detail. I never worry about my packages going out. The staff is always so friendly and happy. Jojo, Ron and Jia have helped me multiple times, giving amazing service.
