While mother nature can reek havoc on plans, it would be nice if FedEx would show some sign of care for the fact that they are already one day late on a three day delivery. It is Saturday and the FedEx response is simply that they don't have a full staff out there working and that package is in the middle of some container, and perhaps Monday. Not looking for a miracle just some care. I asked yesterday for a hold-on-dock so that once it made into Houston I could come get the package at it's first stop, and still no real care... read more
FedEx never delivers my packages on time! Loose them half the time. And send them back to California the other half! Go with UPS. Always on time. Never a Problem.
