Came in a clutch, they failed. No parking under $8 for one. Had to park across the street in a meter spot hoping to not get towed cause I just want 2 11x17 b&w prints that should cost less than a dollar... not trying to pay $8 minimum for parking... Then we get to the actual place after either paying exorbitant parking or taking a chance illegally parked for a few minutes... Only 1 self-serve station working!
