I always have a great experience with this FedEx location! I use them often for both printing and shipping, and the staff is consistently friendly, quick, and easy to work with. Recently, I made a printing mistake that was completely my fault (paying 4x the amount I should have for a B&W print job b y accident), and they went above and beyond to help me fix it.
