Employees here act as if they are doing you a favor. They are too busy chatting among themselves and you are rudely interrupting their time. It was obvious it was a bother for them to scan the package I was dropping off. Where is the management?
It's not that you couldn't ship my package, front desk guy in glasses. It's that you were a jerk about it and literally offered no help except to say "I can't take this" Christ man, you're a label and box store, surely you could have suggested something other than snark and another trip back to the store. Avoid at all costs, wow this was bad.
The FedEx (shipping) side is fine but the print side of the store is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time at any physical store. The employees have an attitude and seem unwilling to help plus the pricing is ridiculous. I only went in because my last online order wasn’t printed right and I had a coupon which I wasn’t able to use online. Last time! Why would anyone want to go in to get anything printed when the online prices are so much lower.
This shop is the best, I’ve been using for years for both shipping and printing. I will come in with no shipping supplies and they treat my packages with care and are reasonably priced. I have also had them print all sorts of sales materials, they help and guide me and come through in a pinch every time. Recently Judy saved the day ( and my presentation) this place is great!
Pretty good drop off shipping center. No major complaints plus is a parking garage they have attached so you don’t need to find parking in this very hard to find parking area. 4 stars because no one ever seems to be very friendly or particularly helpful. I haven’t used their printing service but they’ve got a large set up. I think every FedEx location I’ve used is about equally good 4 stars
