The most pathetic experience I receive. I called in early to check if the cutter was broken(it’s been broken for weeks) and the manager of this location confirmed it’s working. I come to to cut my wedding stationary and it’s still broken - the manager says “ it cuts but I didn’t know if you wanted to cut it straight”. Don’t recommend coming here!!

I don’t like FedEx. But this store is filled with very kind and helpful people. I had to file a complaint about a driver and the customer service line robot wasn’t working and so as a last ditch effort I went into the store to ask if they had a different number and the patched me through to customer service instantly.

I had a frustrating experience here. I tried to drop off a package around noon on 10/25/25, and the employee refused to take it because of a strip of semi-translucent brown tape partially over the return address. The tracking number was fully visible and the address was completely legible despite the tape (see photo). The next Monday I left the same package at a FedEx drop-off at my workplace and it was processed and delivered without issue. Just a heads-up: staff prefers to cause problems, not resolve them.

Nayely at the N. Clark FedEx is the definition of a leader. I came in needing proposals printed for a meeting, and she immediately offered clear, thoughtful options without overwhelming me. She guided me through what made the most sense, handled every detail with care, and even helped assemble the packets after printing. TRULY client excellence at its best. 10/5 stars.
