I came to this FedEx Office to laminate a poster that was very special to me and quite expensive. Unfortunately, they completely ruined it. There’s a huge, noticeable fold running right through the middle of the poster after they laminated it. What’s worse is that no one even apologized. The only thing they said was that they wouldn’t charge me—as if that made up for the damage. Maria has the worst attitude I’ve seen for a customer service employee. It’s disgusting to see how poorly some people do their jobs.
I went in around 930 am Feb 11th and my experience was great. I hadn’t been to one in a while. Anyways the AST Mgr (women) was polite and courteous and answered all questions I had
Rude and not helpful. Staff trys but the Manager is the issue. Good for dropoffs but not getting any printing work done.
