Have no idea what the company policies are. Visited a FedEx Company Owned location (this one is a franchise), and got a totally different answer and confirmation they were incorrect. There’s an hour on a Saturday I won’t get back.
Beginning of the year I needed medical supplies sent next day to Turks and Caicos. Fed ex said if you ship priority it’ll be there in three days. The cost was a little over $100 to ship a package weighing a pound. When it didn’t arrive I had to go to the hospital for the medical supplies. According to the tracking info instead of being sent directly to Turks and Caicos it went to Europe a few times. Fed ex response.
