They’re very helpful here very polite and the service is quick
Helpful staff. Especially the store manager. She is very well spoken and showed patience with me for a last minute printing job.
I had a meeting I needed things printed for and they were so helpful in printing quickly and correcting a mistake I made in a file. I really appreciated their help especially on my own tight timeline.
Went in to mail an urgent international package to Berlin (FedEx Small Box), and was told by two employees that FedEx doesn't ship boxes to Germany. Walked two blocks north to the Intercontinental Hotel location, who mailed the same package in three minutes.
Tried to print some fliers as they were closing, gabe the staff member seemed like he just wanted to go home, offered him cash to let me stay an extra few minutes to get my fliers printed to support chicago business. Didn’t help me in any way.
