Bryauna was extremely kind and helpful. She explained everything to me and I was able to get in and out as quick as possible.
Zero stars if I could. This location has the most rude employees. I ask questions and I get attitude. I come in every week and they forget who I am. Looking for another FedEx location!
Ubered across town with a 20lb package for them to tell me they aren’t open/shipping currently. Not the employees fault but not sure why it’s marked open/on FedEx website. Had to carry my package 20 minutes to the next closest location, which I was trying to avoid by buying an Uber
