I had such a positive experience at this FedEx location. TWICE! I came in feeling really stressed trying to very important documents to send out ASAP, and I honestly had no idea what I was doing. Each time the same women here were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to walk me through everything step by step, clearly explained my options, and made sure I felt confident about the entire process. Had a document that needed printing. Double-sided and needed to match (flashcards). Visited another FedEx first. With staff not even attempting to try. Walked into this location on Carpenter and met a lovely young woman Liana. She not only attempted but was successful! Saved me countless hours writing all these (400+) flashcards by hand. The team also cut them down for me. Thanks Liana!!!

Will not help you at the counter even if the self serve machine is in use by someone else. I was in a rush and a staff member was at the front available and dismissively said to use the machine. I typically avoid this location because they never help at the counter.

Overall, most of the staff at this FedEx location is friendly and attentive, which makes many visits pleasant. Unfortunately, that experience is consistently overshadowed by the store manager, Leanna. Every time I come in, her attitude is discourteous and unprofessional, which makes the interaction uncomfortable. It’s disappointing because the rest of the team does a great job. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the level of customer service at the leadership level so visits can be more respectful and profes... read more
