I flew in from California and needed to reprint resumes for my upcoming conference. Adanma, the assistant manager, was so patient with me and my multiple resume edits/reprints. Additionally, I was looking for purple copy paper, but they didn’t have it on the wall. Instead of saying they don’t have any or being lazy, she went to the back and found me some! I needed to return a package and decided to follow the instructions I’d been given. I walked several blocks to drop it off at a nearby FedEx store, only to be told they would charge an extra $10 for handling the return. I came to the FedEx to print out a large 17 by 13 image. The woman at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and told me to hold on while she was preparing a poster for another customer. This customer was going to be picking up their poster an hour and a half from when I was there. I waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes while other employees were not busy.
