Sasha was great today. I didnt see any boxes around and the envelope I tried didnt fit the container I had. Went to the counter and he suggested another envelope that fit with not problem and also asked questions that made it easy to determine what service I needed. Pretty sure I was in and out of there in 5 minutes but the most efficient and he was courteous, polite, I'd come here again if im in the area!
Staff was nice and helped. Had 3 people onsite idk why they say it's a ghost crew

recently i visited to this store for the first time and asked for help with printing a label. Unfortunately, no one responded properly or guided me. The staff just told me to go online, but I didn’t know how to use it. Instead of teaching or guiding, they moved on to other customers. I feel FedEx staff should guide customers step by step, especially first-time visitors. Good guidance and respect will bring customers back, but poor service will push them away.
Not sure why all the bad reviews I love this FedEx. I’m a painter and I make my prints here, also print the menus for the bar I work at here. Very friendly staff and typically quick service.
