Excellent and friendly service today. From manager and staff. What a difference from last time I was here. I arrived after cutoff time and they hurried to make sure my package got out. Great job.
I have been coming to this location for over 10 years and it only gets worse! Here and there there is a manager on duty or a regional person and they are somewhat helpful but today AGAIN the one employee was extremely rude and not helpful. They are too busy going slow and having personal inappropriate conversations! Customers pay a surplus to deliver FEDEX as opposed to UPS to deal with people who don’t want to work are lazy and are rude!
