I arrived at this FedEx location at 5:55 PM to drop off a package, before their posted closing time of 6:00 PM. The store was still open, the "Open" sign was clearly on, and yet the employee refused to accept my shipment. If the staff stops taking customers before the posted hours, then both the store signage and online hours need to be updated to reflect the actual cutoff time. Harvey is one of the rudest people I’ve encountered in along time. I came in at 5:40pm with 3 small packages to ship to the same address. He immediately told me “I’m not taking any more packages today” I assumed he meant they wouldn’t ship today to which I was totally fine with, I just wanted to drop them off. He was absolutely rude, combative and abrasive. I said, aren’t you open until 6? He said “I’m not staying late” and refused to help me. Avoid the short dude behind the counter at all costs. He's combative / passive aggressive / condescending from the moment you approach the counter.
