Huge shout out to Willie from the Fed Ex print team who helped me size a very specific holiday gift project to perfection! He and his team were friendly and knowledgeable - I’d happily return for printing and shipping needs in the future.
Harvey is one of the rudest people I’ve encountered in along time. I came in at 5:40pm with 3 small packages to ship to the same address. He immediately told me “I’m not taking any more packages today” I assumed he meant they wouldn’t ship today to which I was totally fine with, I just wanted to drop them off. He was absolutely rude, combative and abrasive. I said, aren’t you open until 6? He said “I’m not staying late” and refused to help me. Avoid the short dude behind the counter at all costs. He's combative / passive aggressive / condescending from the moment you approach the counter.
No comparison. This team is amazing. Never have I had a shipping office where I know the team, but you can't help but get to know and love them. Michelle, Harvey, Shamikis & Willie - y'all are *the* best. Thanks for all that you do and for how many times I've run up there with a printing or shipping "emergency" that you've handled quickly and with ease and a smile!
