This is my FAVORITE FedEx location in Charlotte. I drive an extra 10 minutes out of my way to use this one. The team is always so fast and kind during the shipping process. (Hey Essence, I see you girl! Thanks for always being awesome.) I happened to be there today shipping something and they had several corporate members there during a team meeting and it was such a delightful experience. 10/10 favorite location.
Love the staff at this location! Always super helpful and I’ve never had an issue with a single shipment, and I get a lot lol. Keep up the good work. Thanks Essence and Team!!
Very rude employees. Worst location to go to
Refused to take a package that was prepaid. Seemed like they just didn’t want to deal with it so they made up some rules that were obviously fake.
Bre helped me through my complicated watch swap, and even sat on the line with Support with me for over half an hour, pleasantly chatting to keep me occupied. Stellar service! Bre deserves a big fat raise.
