Useless FedEx store
They treated me so bad today, the lady didn’t know how to charge a box under an account number, made me wait for 45 minutes and then she said to the guy who was picking up the express mail to not take mine I have been to several FedEx Offices on different states and what I was doing today was not anything out of the ordinary. If you have employees who have no idea what they are doing, please ask for help to your colleagues rather than treating customers bad and delaying their shipments on purpose
Everytime I come to this location there’s an issue. Mind you I had to take an uber just for her to tell me the system don’t work. And I couldn’t leave my boxes to try again the next day. So I had to pay for another uber just to take the same boxes back with me. And these boxes are packed with heavy ahh computer equipment……and on top of that the ac been out since I first went back in April and it’s now almost October….
So I did pull up to the store about 20mins before close and the lights and open sign were already off. I sat outside to google another location and saw a lady walk in so I proceeded to come in also. She saw me attempt the kiosk to print a label however it told me to see the attendant. I waited for her to assist the other 2 ladies in line ahead of me. After it is about 5mins to close she then says quite rudely and uncaring that she doesn’t have time to box it so she can’t do it….. it for sure just seemed like she didn’t want ... read more
