Very professional
Essence was spectacular! I usually shy away from FedEx because in the past I’ve had terrible customer service. She greeted me right at the door and answered all the questions I had! Her positive attitude and patience made me feel comfortable with all the questions I needed answers to. I will definitely be back to this store again!
Went to ship something off and the employee Essence was very helpful and friendly. She was very knowledgable and you can tell she knew her job very well! We had a long line and thanks to her i was still out quickly. I will definitely be back thanks to her!
