Brittany was PHENOMENAL! Give that girl a raise! I have never met a team so enthusiastic, efficient, and helpful. She addressed me kindly and inquired on my needs right upon entry. She assisted every step of the way with a smile on her face. Such a kind soul. This will now be my go-to location.

I visited a location recently where a young lady named Essence was working alone. I can't speak highly enough about her professionalism and kindness. She skillfully helped me with my technology needs while managing four or five other customers with a warm smile and grace. I want to share that this was my second visit to FedEx. This is my FAVORITE FedEx location in Charlotte. I drive an extra 10 minutes out of my way to use this one. The team is always so fast and kind during the shipping process. (Hey Essence, I see you girl! Thanks for always being awesome.) I happened to be there today shipping something and they had several corporate members there during a team meeting and it was such a delightful experience. 10/10 favorite location.
