I just came in for some color copies, tried to use the self-service printer, and was sent to be assisted by a “professional.” That person didn't even say hello, printed the copies on both sides, and charged me as if he had printed each sheet separately. I asked him to please print the document again, and he did so in a rude manner. Then I asked about the charges on the bill, and although he “explained” it to me, he did so in a rude manner. I came in for an express label to be printed and sent off with my title. I was greeted with a very unprofessional and rude assistant manager Zack. I do not recommend coming here.
Never ordering from here again! After originally placing my order online, they called me to let me know it would be easier for me to email them directly to place my order next time. I followed these instructions and was charged more for my new order when I went to pick it up. I found that sketchy as the woman working there even said it would have been cheaper for me to order online.
