had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Nina. She spoke to me in a condescending manner and provided poor customer service throughout my visit. Instead of being helpful and respectful, her tone made the interaction unnecessarily frustrating. I came in expecting professionalism and support, but left feeling dismissed and unwelcome. This location needs to address customer service standards, because how employees treat people matters just as much as the services offered.

, I visited the store today because I had an issue with a shipping label I had printed at home. According to your website, store staff are able to assist and even reprint labels if needed. When I asked the employee about this, he dismissively told me, “It doesn’t matter as long as the barcode scans.” I tried to explain that the label also included my personal information at the top and that I simply wanted to be sure everything was correct. I went in to pick up a mattress I had held there. I happened to arrive right when two delivery drivers were packing up their trucks. Without question they grabbed the package and loaded it for me. It was very nice and helpful! The desk employee was also very nice and helpful!
