Would be nice if they were open when they should be. Closed more than 2 hours early on a Saturday.
Terry and crew wouldn't accept a shrink wrapped package that was delivered by FedEx in the same orientation.
This is really an unpleasant situation. Have you already contacted the seller or customer support to report the damages and request a return or replacement? Usually, such issues can be resolved by providing evidence like photos of the damages and the box. When I asked, “Why is the package open?” the worker simply replied, “I don’t know,” and continued doing something else. I never got an answer. In the end, it turned out the item was damaged, and I had to resolve the issue with the store where I made the purchase.
Went in to drop a package, and I was out in less than 4 mins super fast and nice employees.
