Went there yesterday and the person I talked to, told me she couldn't take my package because of hazardous liquid in it. She said you have to place a pick up order. I ask her to print my prepaid label. She refused saying when I place the pick up order I can send a picture of the label and whoever pick up will bring the label with them. When placing the pick up order, being told I need the label on it already! Comon FedEx, get your shit together! Very disappointing customer service. I went to this location to ship important documents and needed a return label. The front desk staff told me to use the computer, so I spent more than 20 minutes creating an account and trying to make the labels. There was no option for a return label, and when I asked for help, the staff simply said they didn’t know. I finally gave up and went to a UPS Store, where I received the help I needed.
