Had an issue with a shipment from this location. I created a shipping label with Fedex (with a Fedex box) and when I visited the store, was told I can ship with my own box. I asked if thats okay and was assured that it would be fine. Couple of days later I was charged $220 instead of $35 (price I signed up for). I called customer service and it is all a blaming game from there. At first they started blaming the Store employee of not having knowledge and then said they can issue a $185 refund.
