Very disappointing customer service. I went to this location to ship important documents and needed a return label. The front desk staff told me to use the computer, so I spent more than 20 minutes creating an account and trying to make the labels. There was no option for a return label, and when I asked for help, the staff simply said they didn’t know. I finally gave up and went to a UPS Store, where I received the help I needed.
