I went to do an Amazon return, the place was fairly busy, I stepped in front of a cashier (Nicole) who was standing in front of a register, she very rudely said “When someone else is able to THEY can help you, I am unavailable.” I wasn’t upset that they were busy, or that I had to wait, I was upset with her snotty attitude. Derrick helped me quickly and I was in and out, but Nicole yeah, just be happy I’m having an ok day.

Joe, Devon, Nicole, and Sarah are really good FedEx employees, they go above and beyond to make every interaction spectacular. If I'm ever in Idaho again, I'll definitely stop by once more.

Went to FedEx office after trying to get a print job completed at another store in town who told me 2 to 3 days. Devin at FedEx got everything taken care of in less than 15 minutes. He was very helpful and precise.

Went to this location with a recycled box and the manager refused to send my package and was not nice about it at all. Sarah’s Customer service skills are lacking. I have shipped through the United States Postal Service with no issues. My seller name on eBay is The Recycler and I’m wondering why a big company like FedEx wouldn’t want to recycle?
