Went to this location with a recycled box and the manager refused to send my package and was not nice about it at all. Sarah’s Customer service skills are lacking. I have shipped through the United States Postal Service with no issues. My seller name on eBay is The Recycler and I’m wondering why a big company like FedEx wouldn’t want to recycle?

Huge shout out to Sarah for being able to find me the tracking number when I lost my receipt! She was incredibly helpful when corporate FedEx was not!
Suspicion of delivery driver purposely not attempt delivery. I made sure to stay home and be ready for the delivery to arrive for a signature. Once the estimated the delivery time was passed, the tracking website updated saying delivery was attempted and a picture of the package inside the delivery truck. My speculation is that the delivery man either could not or was too lazy to find my apartment amongst the complex.
