Website says they're open, sign on the door says they're closed for 30 minutes, still closed 45 minutes later.
Just like FedEx to be behind the times. Can't even return a box without a receipt, even through you just bought it 3 hours ago with the same person. I mean every big business I visit emails me a receipt or looks it up by my card number. Heck even a small business can do it. There is no reason for paper only receipts in a modern world. Just a waste of paper. I guess the two of them were just to busy scrolling a customers Facebook and talking about it while I waited.
Michael was so helpful. I came in a wreck, puffy red crying eyes, still in pjs and hair standing in all directions and food stains all over me. But I was treated with respect and such kindness. Michael helped me and explained how to use the fax and copy machines. BEYOND patient with my lack of any technology understanding. It was an enjoyable experience with over the top customer service!
