I went to pick up a package for a gift that I bought for my brother for his birthday, which is today, and the girl who helped me told me that the package arrived but the man who had the key to where they keep the packages had already left and that he had to come back tomorrow. My brother has to wait until tomorrow for his gift, since today is his birthday.

On 9/26/24, I visited the center at 9885 Collier Blvd, FL 34116, to ship a desktop computer. After completing the transaction, the associate carelessly slammed the computer onto the packaging table, raising concerns about potential internal damage. They are open 9am-6pm but close apparently whenever they want. This is a business and people have schedules - it is CRAZY to me that it’s closed in the middle of the day

Arrived before the 6pm closing time and the location was already closed and locked down. Just needed a quick drop off that would have taken maybe 1min. Very poor form.

Had an amazing quick and easy experience. I never got the name of the young woman with glasses at the front desk, but she made my experience painless and easy. I had very important documents to ship internationally and she was able to get me the fastest shipping out and assured it would be their safe and sound. Awesome experience.
