They should not be allowed to host the FedEx name if they will not accept simple FedEx drop offs. They claimed the package was not packaged enough and I would need to add additional stuffing just trying to increase the weight obviously. In the end I had to pack it back in my car and dropped it off at the FedEx Distribution center on groesbeck without any issues. Scam business avoid at all cost
