I normally do not find much in today’s service businesses that warrant writing a review . Most businesses the service is underwhelming . Not so with the Woodland Hills Fed Ex. This review is for Mr Carlos. He is a friendly, calm, and very respectful person. After a long and exhausting day of packing boxes since early morning, I arrived at this branch to ship my packages for the first time in such a large quantity. As soon as I walked in, one of the staff members told me to bring the suitcases first. I had to struggle to move them from the back of the truck.
