It is always easy to get fast service at this location. Just remember that when they give you the last time for pickup, they mean it; they don't budge, not even 1 minute.
Fox is very helpful. He is very knowledgeable about the products and services. He patiently answered all of my questions and gave me recommendations. He even helped me design my print work. Great customer service!
Not a friendly experience at all and this is not the first time. Last time I let it go. I don’t recommend the store at all.
Massive place for how small the parking lot is. It was a little weird to get to, but also not like I couldn’t find it. I’m not necessarily shipping things on a daily basis or anything, so it’s good enough to get the job done.
You should always choose the FedEx location at Park and Preston. This location is staffed by employees that are rude and inconsiderate. Especially the lady with the neck tattoo. She had zero desire to help me with my shipping needs. However, at the location at Park and Preston, I always receive good service
