Received a shipment of corrosive material clearly marked that was damaged and leaking. Fedex said they could not pick up or do anything since it was delivered already even though I did not have to sign and the doorbell was not rung.

The manager was inappropriate to scold a customer at the Ryan Street location in lake Charles, Louisiana. The customer was simply snapping a picture of an email addresses and not bothering anyone.
