The staff was very rude. I asked for poly bags for my express packages, but they told me I had to buy them. I explained that I already had express labels. She told me to wait a minute, then ignored me and started using her phone. I stood there thinking she would help me, but she just kept ignoring me. I had a terrible experience at this FedEx location. I came in needing to print a 16x24 document. The staff member immediately told me they “don’t print that size” without even checking or offering alternatives. When I asked more questions, he then stated it was because he didn’t have time to deal with me. The level of rudeness and complete lack of customer service was honestly shocking. If you value being treated with basic respect or professionalism, avoid this location for your printing needs.

If you are looking for efficiency, kindness, or help, this is the wrong place. DO NOT expect anything and just use this place as a drop box.

Received a shipment of corrosive material clearly marked that was damaged and leaking. Fedex said they could not pick up or do anything since it was delivered already even though I did not have to sign and the doorbell was not rung.

Horrible customer service…The store manager named Fox at this location is extremely rude and least helpful
