This office is terrible. I was having some trouble with FedEx tracking number not working after dropping the package and was informed by the store manager very impatiently that it is what it is and there is nothing they can do. I was standing there for 30 min with no support received. I would not recommend this store for anyone waiting to get any type of service.
The guy was really helpful and nice
Pleasant experience. Great customer service! Quinn was especially helpful and patient as I had multiple items to print, return, and ship. Quinn made it very easy!
I’ve come to this store two years in a row and worked with Fox who has been absolutely incredible! He is helpful, pleasant, and made offers or suggestions based on my needs. I gave his name to a colleague and he didn’t disappoint, as he continued his excellent service with them as well.
The staff was very rude. I asked for poly bags for my express packages, but they told me I had to buy them. I explained that I already had express labels. She told me to wait a minute, then ignored me and started using her phone. I stood there thinking she would help me, but she just kept ignoring me. I called the store and asked for the manager, but they said he wasn’t there. I asked for the number to upper management, and they told me they didn’t have it.
