Quick and Convenient
I had the wonderful privilege of being served by Connor. Being a business owner, when you meet someone like Connor, it makes you only wish you could offer him a position to join your team! If everybody in the service industry were to serve with the competence and care that Connor does, it would eradicate any complaints you ever have! It is worth the drive to go see him, even if you were to pass other locations!
A couple years ago I gave this little FedEx location in Walmart a low star review after a couple terrible experiences, but now there are new staff and consistent “out to lunch” hours. It’s our go-to location. The employees are friendly, and super helpful. Talk about a night and day improvement. We highly recommend this FedEx for great service.
Connor deserves a raise! He was an expert at his job, extremely knowledgeable, and expedited multiple orders so quickly and efficiently. Not only that, he was kind and professional with every person he worked with. There was a line (I was probably 4th or 5th in line when I arrived), and he was working alone. Just phenomenal customer service and efficiency. These experiences are rare these days, so thank you, Connor! Keep up the great work!
