Waiting here at FedEx to ship in line. Now because I didn’t have a label they took customers in front of me. Sad face bad business practice.
Marisol was incredibly helpful, she was patient and kind, even while there was a large line of people waiting she was extraordinarily efficient and calculated, not to mention she was working by herself. She gave the same level of service as if there were only 1 or 2 people in the store even though there was a line to the door, this must be taken into account.
