Amazing costumer service. Ervin was superb.
Had someone drop a package off and when we tracked the package they kept saying they do not have the package eventhough we had a receipt and then they said it was in the drop box after hours and they could not answer why we have a receipt. Fedex needs to train their employees better or there is a lack of training. Had to send someone to pick package up a 3 hr trip...never will use that location again.
