Today it was 98° outside. I walk into the empty store and the they just lol at me. I ask about getting my passport sent and I needed a return envelope for my visa. I was told that they can't help me and I need to go online to pay them bring my papers back to them and they will take my envelope. Made no sense. I thought they did everything. Two employees doing nothing in an empty store. No help at all. Terrible.
I’m going to say that they have terrible service. No one is there to help you, and the staff seems like they really don’t want to be there. They often ignore you when you need assistance. If this is your only option for printing work, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
An unpleasant interaction that I paid too much money for on account of the employee refusing to let me pack or use my own box…
I’m eternally grateful for the service and care provided when I came in for a last minute print job for a funeral today. The associate (I didn’t get her name) was patient and sympathetic, while maintaining professionalism and doing her job to fidelity. The print job was beautifully done and we were able to give our loved one the send off she deserved. Thank you!
