I shipped a box of personal items with you from NY and it was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago!!!! After calling FedEx and them promising that it will arrive soon they said it's lost today. No explanation no nothing Contacting support is impossible YOU ARE A SHAME OF A COMPANY!

I had the great opportunity to work with Carrey today, as she was filling in at the Fed Ex location on Atlantic Ave in Boerum Hill. We ran into more than a few roadblocks on a package I was sending internationally. Carrey thoughtfully, and patiently worked with me for a positive outcome---and let me tell you it was not easy to navigate. Yet, she persevered and stayed IN it with me, until she figured it out.
