I honestly can’t believe this has been my experience with FedEx. They lost two of my bags, and it’s now been 2 months. Every time I follow up, I’m told the same thing: “You just have to wait.” That’s it. No updates, no real investigation, no reassurance that anyone is actually trying to find them. Best location I've been to! Incredibly friendly staff - like BEYOND nice. Always helping with whatever I need whether it's an issue with a label, tape, etc. I am always there with returns or packages and I never leave without getting things shipped properly. Highly recommend!
