I had an amazing experience here! I messed up a big print job on my end and was completely stressed, but Deshawn at this FedEx Office went above and beyond to help me fix it. Truly saved the day! The customer service was outstanding—patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I’m so grateful for the support and will definitely be coming back for all my printing needs. Highly recommend!
Can’t say enough wonderful things about Amy at the Kent Ave location in Brooklyn. She saved the day with last minute printing of marathon signs. She was friendly, resourceful, fast and the print job was exceptional quality for last minute. She was juggling a lot while we were in the store multiple times but she always had a smile and a joke and I am so glad we met her. FedEx should be grateful to have an employee like Amy!
