I needed to print out a few documents. The Dressel employee was rude, pointed me to the printer, and told me to do it myself. I followed the instructions, but nothing worked. He didn't even bother to find out what the problem was and said that the printer was probably not working. You shouldn't keep employees like that; they will ruin your business Printed at UPS in 5 minutes, very polite staff.

Rude staff intentionally slow taking his time not prioritizing customer making us wait 15 min for One page of printing service requested absolutely unbelievable and disgusting behavior

Friendly and patient. My printer was out of ink. Explained it and I Emailed the site my return label. She printed it and attached and gave me my tracking. Smiles and Thank yous and I was on my way. Very pleasant atmosphere.
