Very helpful
The employees at this location have been so great the past month or so for several different things. I first went in to get a nice design printed for a gift for my girlfriend. They made sure to get me nicer paper than I knew was an option. Last weekend, I needed to ship two things and went in one item The guy at the counter helped me figure out the best size envelope vs box to help save me money and then gave me the flat rate box for my next item to bring back. Great customer service! Big thank you to Starr and Shevorn for all their help today. I was there for about 3 hours scanning documents for USCIS, and they were so helpful, patient, and kind throughout the whole process. They made everything so much easier. I really appreciate their help and excellent customer service! Highly recommend! 😊
FedEx is completely useless makes no effort to get into the building and wastes their own time taking weeks to get packages to people. Usps seem to have none of the same issues
