I have used this store before and have always had an excellent experience. Yesterday was over the top excellent. After trying several Walgreens and CVS to print a photo book, I contacted Fedex and Melissa helped me. She was a Godsend!! I was trying to print a milestone birthday book I needed in hours.She was SO helpful, edited and expedited the book and even helped fix an error I had made. THANK YOU!! She is a gem!
I usually go early mornings during the week and the staff are always friendly and helpful. But when I went Saturday afternoon, it was a completely different experience. I walked in and no one greeted us. We walked up to the counter and the lady said “I clocked out they don’t pay me overtime.” So we waited for someone else. No-one came or asked if we needed help. We just wanted to give a special shoutout to Chris, who works at this location. He kindly went out of his way to help us print over 100 graduation announcements. Chris, if you see this, thank you so much! The extra time and help was so appreciated and made our lives so much easier!
Needs better Manager . Customer time is valuable and energy to stand in line to be considered as well. For a quick 30 secs answer customers are made to wait for 30 mins in queue because there is only one helper at the front desk. He doesn’t cares if it’s mother with baby or senior standing for simple question .
