Great customer service always willing to help with your copies, faxing, or your scans. They provide you with a computer at no cost with no time limit or whatever you need. And they sell really cool greeting cards and annual calendars! I did have one problem with a nice pen that I bought there and I wasn't able to exchange it because I couldn't find my receipt. Consistently terrible customer experience at this FedEx location. Walking in the door at this location takes 20-30min to get to the counter, even if there’s only 1 person in line. Zero sense of urgency, terrible customer experience every time. Customers at this location are a huge inconvenience to the employees. Positive experience 0 of the last 10 times I’ve visited this location. Won’t be back.
Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with any shipping company. Sister needs to get something out to her attorney asap, she was in before doors closed but bc she was rushing left her ID in my car (I drove her) and they sent her out and locked the door behind her. Literally went back up, they were still helping ppl. They had three ppl in there minimum and it was just a simple request to ship documents. Literally no empathy. Rude as hell. Don’t come here. If I can give no stars I would.
So disorganized just 1 line for shipping placing orders and picking up not to mention just 3 employees working so when there is a line cancel your plans
