This has got to be the slowest FedEx in the entire nation. 8 people staffed. Waited 40 minutes to be helped
Richard was super helpful, patient, and kind. I had multiple packages and it was chaos for me but his customer service was awesome and we got it squared away! Thank you!!
Very few employees to help walk-in shipping customers. The self-serve kiosk was out of order and the line was long. Doesn’t matter if you have a QR shipping code, you will be waiting.
