Had to pay for scan and ship for order from Walmart. Also, service is slow.
I was recently in this location and had the best expirence. Tyron was very helpful with great manners and patient. I printed some documents, but since was the first time, was not able to follow all the instruction. The location was clean and quiet. Parking was not a problem.
I started off at Staples and wish I had come here initially because the quality of prints and care received was amazing. Brittnay the customer service rep - did just that - provide customer service. She was kind, patient and knowledgeable. I will be returning here for my printing needs!!
I can’t say enough about this location. Brittany is the manager. Brittany and her staff went above and beyond to help me in a very stressful situation of returning a large package back to a third-party vendor from Amazon. Shane is amazing! Although he couldn’t accept my package the first day I showed up to FedEx because my return label was for UPS, He gave me the directions to his competitor and gave me advice about how to properly wrap the package up so that UPS would receive and ship my package.
