FedEx was fenced off for being on lunch break stated “be back at 3:45, I waited until about 4:15 before I left. I asked the other staff they said they can’t contact them. Overall bad review
They had a sign up saying be back at 3:45. It was 4:15pm and they never showed up.
Im very disappointed in this time. I usually pay around $45-$60 to ship the dry food to my mom in Kermit city in Texas. But today she charged me for $89.22. When i asked her why the price to high more than i usually to pay. She shrugged and she tell me the box price. When i came she packed everything to done without give me option before she packed everything. She choose the big box instead i saw still have many fit box in store. Her name is Katie! Nae was so helpful! I wasn’t sure how to print and not only did she show me, she went above and beyond to give me an additional address to send it so she could get it printed.
