Every time I return something here, the store manager Trey is so friendly and professional. There are competitors around the area who literally look like they rolled out of bed before they came to work and you can tell he takes pride in what he does.
Scammed me out of $400 that I can't get a refund for nor can I even get any kind of reimbursement. I have never had a good experience with FedEx, sending or receiving. Awful management, insecure, unsafe. NEVER go through with FedEx. You will NOT get your money's worth.
Thank you to the kind gentleman today who took the time to help me fix a label I printed incorrectly. He went out of his way and I deeply appreciate it!
