Needed a shipping tube to protect a piece of art I bought. I phoned ahead and spoke with Nancy. She was polite and informed me of the cost. When I showed up to purchase it, she cut the tube to size, at my request, and handled the art with care, making sure it wouldn’t get damaged. Many thanks to Nancy, for the art survived in my luggage. Great customer service.
I met this young man named Harlan about a week ago. He went above and beyond to help me by staying 30 minutes later than 7 PM to help me with printing out documents and mailing them so that I could timely file a pleading with a court. If it wasn’t for him being willing to be so kind and patient in staying 30 minutes later to help me print and mail these documents, I would’ve missed my court deadline.
