I met this young man named Harlan about a week ago. He went above and beyond to help me by staying 30 minutes later than 7 PM to help me with printing out documents and mailing them so that I could timely file a pleading with a court. If it wasn’t for him being willing to be so kind and patient in staying 30 minutes later to help me print and mail these documents, I would’ve missed my court deadline. Self serve computers are slow and the printers didn't work. Took me 30 mins and $10 to print a single bw sheet. Very poor customer service. Go across the street there is another FedEx.
Well, 1 star cause they charge a 10 dollar handling fee to take a labeled, good to go, fedex package. That’s wild. Lame.
Pitiful experience trying to make simple prints
Nancy was extremely helpful in doing a 2 hour turn around for a custom foam board mounted poster in odd sizes
