I do not recommend doing any business here at all. I travel extensively and have never been charged $20 to receive mail at a hotel. Because Hilton uses this FedEx as their mail room, FedEx charged me $20 to get two pieces of mail. I needed to have a picture printed (on picture paper, which they said they had). First they gave me the wrong address to email the picture to. Then they told me that it would be on plain paper and not on photo paper. Extremely Disappointed with Store Manager’s Behavior As a frequent FedEx customer and a local business owner, I’ve observed the store manager, Ms. Kathy, on numerous occasions, and it’s clear she treats her employees in a highly disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Having worked at this location for quite a long time, she knows how to act in ways that make her poor treatment seem less noticeable, but it’s evident to anyone paying attention.
