Feel overall like the individuals working here are poorly trained and lacking in customer service abilities. I walked up to the counter and asked the guy if I could ship an envelope, he said no. And then I said so you can’t ship it here, he said “well you need a code you can get that from the app.” So I downloaded the app and did everything from there and then a different guy was at the counter when I had the QR code and had paid online for the shipping. I recently visited this FedEx location to return a package, and I had an exceptional experience thanks to one of the employees. Although I didn’t catch his name, he was an older gentleman with glasses, and he went above and beyond to assist me. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm and professional attitude. The staff, especially Ari, were exceptionally kind and patient in helping me resolve a complex problem. They worked with me to get me the prints I needed in a timely manner, and went above and beyond my expectations. Given their location I'm sure they meet a lot of frazzled people, but they were calm and helpful and really made a difference in my conference experience.
