Completely awesome! After a second rate printer and UPS not honoring their “guaranteed 10:30am” delivery I had no options for a poster to be put up IN LESS THAN 1 Hour!!! Calmly, politely they talked me off the ledge, printed the poster and saved the day for me. I’m so appreciative of this team and I will ALWAYS use FedEx from now on here or anywhere!!!
I had an extremely bad experience last Saturday (13 December). I was "welcomed" by a very arrogant woman who was extremely rude and not at all helpful. She was shocked that I wanted to print a poster for two days later, as if printing a poster should take a week. After a long and very uncomfortable discussion, I realised the problem was not me, but the fact that she didn't have any paper to print with (in a printing company office). People who work here don’t know that they’re telling about and also mislead you and gaslight you into thinking you’re wrong. They made me run around the entire city just to be told no one does passport photos
Walking to the store with only me and one female staff at the counter, she was looking at me and didn’t say hello or can I help or some simple conversation with the customer . I did everything myself at the store, playing with the photocopy machine while she was playing with her phone and earbuds, leaning on the counter. If AT&T tells you to return equipment to UPS or FedEx, don't bother going to this one. They look at you like your speaking a different language. Or their just to lazy to do their jobs.
