I had the most wonderful experience with LeShawn! We had run into a small issue with shipping items to New Orleans for a conference and had to have some stickers printed ASAP. I called the store and got a chance to connect with LeShawn, who helped me to find a solution to our printing issue that was simple and saved us some money. She went above and beyond to help me get this issue resolved and got it all printed and ready for me in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this store for printing needs! Thank you LeShawn!!
Feel overall like the individuals working here are poorly trained and lacking in customer service abilities. I walked up to the counter and asked the guy if I could ship an envelope, he said no. And then I said so you can’t ship it here, he said “well you need a code you can get that from the app.” So I downloaded the app and did everything from there and then a different guy was at the counter when I had the QR code and had paid online for the shipping. I recently visited this FedEx location to return a package, and I had an exceptional experience thanks to one of the employees. Although I didn’t catch his name, he was an older gentleman with glasses, and he went above and beyond to assist me. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm and professional attitude.
