Had some things to return that needed to be packaged and was unfamiliar with the process of how it all worked. All I had was an account number from my company I worked for and the associate Kary was super friendly and helpful in me figuring it all out. Showed her the screenshots I had and she was courteous and patient in assisting me to get all the packages taking care of.
Always a great experience. The manager there is always cheerful, helpful, and outgoing. She deserves a high five for that alone. Great place for handling your shipping needs.
First of all this area is super ghetto and disgusting. Second of all I ran over here in a pinch to ship something and there’s a sign on the front door that says sorry for any inconvenience. Will be back at 1:45.
Extremely rude… if you hate your job, go somewhere else
