Sent in a print job with instructions. They said it was done. Went in, and they said it actually couldn't be done the way I sent it in. Drove home, reformatted it, sent it in again. Drove back, and none of my emailed instructions were followed. Wrong paper weight. Borders not cut. When I said we needed to cut the borders because that way our business wanted it presented, the lady laughed at me. So we needed it reprinted. Went back a third time. Rude lady. Hopefully my package won't be opened with stolen items since she was so nosy about everything and insisted I do things her way (wrong). Mary needs to listen to her customers instead of trying to do what she thinks is right.. also maybe not stuffing your face with food and eating while talking to a customer. Awful customer service.
