Lou and Brandy were amazing. They expedited my print order!
FYI - this location is currently not open on Sundays. I just drove all the way there to find the doors locked and a sign saying they’re closed Sundays. Could you please update the hours on your website to reflect your actual hours so customers don’t waste their time? So frustrating.
The lady working there on this particular day was very rude to customers. Seemed annoyed at any questions asked to her.
FYI- No open Sunday 9/22/24 at 1:15pm.
The customer service lady on Saturday morning September 21 was very pleasant and helpful. I could feel the love. She went out of her way to help me with an international watch return and filling out the Customs paperwork. FedEx exceeded my expectations. She went out of her way to be extra helpful. The comfortable air conditioning was much appreciated, especially when a lot of stores these days are looking to save money!
