Staff is average in service, but trying to get anything from the system is absolutely mind-numbing. The phone number provided is automated only, so you can't call the building for questions or concerns, and the robot WILL hang up if you don't ask for something in its narrow script.

Tiffany, the store manager was beyond helpful. When I submitted a print order online incorrectly, I called the location for help. Tiffany made the corrections for me over the phone and sent me images via email for me to confirm.
Terrible and unreliable service, shut it down!
