Incommunicative and incapable of assisting. If it's "not their job" - forget any assistance or direction toward someone who is able to assist. Frustrating and time wasting!
Ashley was amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my project and make sure it was done correctly. I came in with what I thought was a simple copy project. It was a bit more complicated and her patience and assistance got me out of there with it complete and correct so I could take it on my travels the following morning! Thank you again Ashley! The song books were a hit!
Great customer service.
The customer service ladies on Saturday, August 29 were very pleasant and helpful. I could feel the love. They went out of their way to help me with a return. FedEx exceeded my expectations. The comfortable air conditioning was much appreciated, especially when a lot of stores these days are looking to save money!
