We had a disappointing experience at this location. We waited 10 minutes for the employee to help a customer in front of us. The employee was the same ethnicity as the person she was helping. He was very happy and gave her several compliments on how much he appreciated her help. When it was time for her to help us we were expecting the same level of customer service. This review doesn’t need much beyond this photo… major business closing at 3pm for a lunch break? Get real, people are busy, staff your business to stay open during your posted hours. If you need to come to this office, I guess call ahead to make sure they’re going to be open when they say they are???

I hate FedEX, always have because they seem to have the most careless, incompetent drivers when it comes to delivering your packages safely and to the right address. Calling their customer service will get you nowhere. It’d literally been like this for years. I don’t know how they’re still in business. Now I have to deal with Walmart, customer service, then their third-party customer service, now my bank because I never got my item because it was dropped off at the wrong address!

Jeremiah was a huge help in assisting me to get a heavy package shipped out. I forgot to include something in the original packing, but adding it and modifying the first transaction was no problem at all. Would highly recommend this location! All the staff there were very helpful.
