Very helpful with print services
Because it’s in a hotel they charge “handling fees” even on prepaid packages.
Sharon (I think this is her name, I might have misspelled it) was extremely helpful and provided guidance in great detail to mail packages. She was patient and kind. Highly recommend this office if you have anything to ship and it is very easy to access inside the Omni Hotel on Level 3.
Inept wouldn’t do it justice Dropped off a package to be shipped, paid extra for the convenience of dropping it off there, package did not shop for a whole week. I had to pick it up from the counter and drive it to Fall River myself
Ok, but the other reviews are right about the drop off fees
