The location within the Hotel is great. Jared and his team are super helpful! Came through last week for a conference and they were just great! I see a bunch of reviews about the fees. This is a very common practice within hotels now. Lucky it’s FedEx and not another company. Most companies with comparable services charge a minimum of $300 to ship/receive packages. With FedEx I was able to receive all my stuff and print a bunch for half of that.
Ridiculous, came back from a cruise, spending the day in Boston. Shipped bags home so we did not have to carry them around, pre-paid & labeled. Was charged $50.00 handling charge. Totally unacceptable. I've done the same thing with Walgreens no extra cost....
They charge an extra fee to handle any package!

You’re crazy if you don’t give this location 5 stars - I can’t say enough good things about Ray. I have a last minute print job for a work event after a long weekend. I ordered my prints on specialty paper that this location did not have. Not only did Ray transfer the print job to a different location FOR ME by calling in a favor at a different location, but he also hand-picked it up so that he could have it at the location I originally ordered to THE NEXT MORNING.
