Ridiculous charge per pkg to "handle it" over $100 to receive them & then another $100 to send it back on top of FedEx's shipping change. Never disclosed up front until we tried to pick up the packages
Waited for employee to deliver a package in the hotel even she saw me walking in to the store, than I was informed that there will be a handling fee for dropping off a FedEx package with a prepaid label. Just don't go there

The location within the Hotel is great. Jared and his team are super helpful! Came through last week for a conference and they were just great! I see a bunch of reviews about the fees. This is a very common practice within hotels now. Lucky it’s FedEx and not another company. Most companies with comparable services charge a minimum of $300 to ship/receive packages. With FedEx I was able to receive all my stuff and print a bunch for half of that.
