I came into this location to print 2 copies of documents necessary for professional reasons. This location is located directly inside The Westin and the convenience factor alone is a plus However, the highlight of the store was definitely the staff member Corey. He spent no delay in helping to assist me at the self-service station (and good on him cause I was about to mess it all up, lol). Ridiculous charge per pkg to "handle it" over $100 to receive them & then another $100 to send it back on top of FedEx's shipping change. Never disclosed up front until we tried to pick up the packages
Waited for employee to deliver a package in the hotel even she saw me walking in to the store, than I was informed that there will be a handling fee for dropping off a FedEx package with a prepaid label. Just don't go there
