I paid for expedited shipping, and my package was delayed past my daughter’s birthday. The tracking kept changing, and customer service couldn’t tell me when it would actually arrive. This was extremely disappointing

Charges $4 fee to drop off an already paid for Fedex package... SHAM. Can bring to Walgreens for free... Is the $4 worth making your brand look like a SHAM?

I had an exemplary experience today at the FedEx store. The store manager Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had an issue with something I printed and he was able to help me get it fixed easily effortlessly and with absolute patience and kindness. I love getting my print materialshere at this Copley Square location. I always have a great experience highly recommend for all your printing needs.
