The agents (Kim especially) was Very helpful and customer service oriented!
I’m giving a 5 star review because Kim was EXCEPTIONAL. I was shipping almost 400 packages and Kim was so patient and kind. I’m so grateful for this level of service. She could’ve easily let me use the self serve but she went above and beyond and that kindness deserves so much recognition.
Short guy with the white beard and long hair working here got mad at me for having a question about boxes and inserts, then got even more upset with me because he misheard what I said.
I did passport photos here. In just minutes they were done. The gentleman helping me was thorough and made sure everything was right. Recommend this location
I received excellent custom service from William. He assisted me with patience and kindness. He ensured my copies were correctly done.
