Went early afternoon with things to ship as well as needing passport photos taken. The manager, Mike, was probably the most calm and helpful guy in Boston. His calmness immediately made the somewhat stressful experience of entering any mailing location relaxing as he took care of the boxes we needed to ship first and fast. Afterwards he asked us to step to the side and helped 2 or 3 other customers in less than 5 minutes. This FedEx on Dartmouth Street is an absolute disaster. I paid for EXPRESS shipping, got delay after delay, and was hit with surprise customs fees because the employee couldn’t even be bothered to type in the full description I gave for my package. Their incompetence cost me money. And when it finally showed up? It looked like it had been run over by a truck. Crushed, ripped, and mangled, completely unacceptable. לא להתקרב אליהם בשום אופן. הגעתי ב23 ביולי מסניף אחר של הרשת שנמצא ממש בסמוך כי לא היה להם כלי מסוים שהייתי צריך. האנשים שעובדים בסניף הזה לא הראו שום רצון לעזור למרות שכדי לבצע את הבקשה שלי הם היו צריכים לפנות 10 שניות מהזמן שלהם. רק בהתערבות של המנהל הסניף הסיטואציה נפתרה. לא להתקרב אליהם לא למטרות מסחריות, פרטיות ולא לשום מטרה אחרת

Let me start by saying I’m not someone who writes reviews often—especially negative ones. I work in customer service, so I understand what it’s like to have an off day, and I try to lead with empathy.
