this is not an independent fedex. it’s part of the hotel and they charged $10 extra to drop off a prepaid package. go elsewhere
They charge an extra fee as it’s inside of the Hilton
Super helpful at the store and very nice. But beware there is a charge to drop off your package there based on weight, and one price if you are a hotel guest (less) vs. a walk-in (more.) Honestly, shame on FedEx for doing that. But other than that the clerk was great and very nice. There is another official center a few blocks up at 187 Dartmouth Street that does not charge the extra fee.
Fake fedex! They say they belong to hotel and as such you need to pay 10$ extra.
I go here multiple times a month and the staff is so helpful and friendly!!!
