I am in the shop about once per month. The staff is always cheerful and knowledgeable.
We went there 10 minutes before they close (i know it sounds awful, but dont judge us, we have been trying to get rid of that package since we got it earlier this morning) Cathy, the manager of 25+ years of experience (I dont know how's that possible, that woman looked early 30s, did she start working when she was 10 or something?) Incredibly unhelpful. Had a large order that I needed to ship out and they clearly did not want to do it and told me to do it online on my own. Would not be so upset if this wasn’t something I did at a previous FedEx location.
