I stopped by FedEx Office to ship a package and had a great experience. Lyn, the clerk who helped me, was absolutely amazing. She was professional, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service thank you, Lyn.

Customer service at this location is terrible. They have poor manners and haven't updated FedEx policies.
If you want them to steal (or what they refer to as “lose”) an expensive family heirloom that a grandfather gave you many years ago…definitely go there. They also restrict insurance value so they make it easier to steal/lose expensive items shipped to through their network. If you want safe shipping that doesn’t have identifiable proof through cameras that your package was stolen right from the front desk itself…I’d simply avoid this place like the plague.
