Incredibly unhelpful. Had a large order that I needed to ship out and they clearly did not want to do it and told me to do it online on my own. Would not be so upset if this wasn’t something I did at a previous FedEx location.
Great service here that they try to help you save money. I picked up a paid envelope and they told me there is free type envelope and 2 days shipping only cost $10. They also help other customers do packaging. Unlike the bad UPS store in Mission Bay.
I had something to mail that was gonna take 3 minutes. I am not joking, I waited a whole 30 minutes just because of ONE SINGULAR customer, and there was only one person working. The only service they gave me was stealing my time, like how they steal some packages.
Kathy and Raul were super helpful. I called every other location and they were the only two that printed my business cards . Thank you both very much
Alexis was so patient and kind while taking a picture of my toddler! My little one was wiggly, but Alexis took her time, made him feel comfortable, and captured such a sweet moment. She didn’t rush at all and really knew how to connect with a toddler. I’m so thankful for her care and professionalism—highly recommend her!
