Terrible service
I saw comments about them being closed during opening hours but I arrived 30min before closing & it was open. The associate was very friendly & apologized in advance for my having to wait while he tried to help someone who didn't have a valid shipping label. He was happy to assist me shipping my package & didn't make me feel rushed to confirm which service worked. I wanted to mention him by name but it wasn't on my receipt & by the time I got home I couldn't remember. I think his name was Omar or Oscar, definitely an "O" nam... read more

Very helpful and great customer service! The Asst Manager went out of her way to help us today when we needed to decide on when to overnight an important package. Since it was the weekend, she gave us price and time options for Sat or Mon deliveries, and patiently waited while we tried to decide which was best. She even helped us figure out the company's weekend hours to see if they'd receive the package in time before closing Sat. She was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable! Thank you!
