I have gone to this location for years and it always has had the absolute worst customer service and horrible employees.
Very un friendly female associate…zero customer focus. In addition FeDex package delivery performance very poor…paid next day before noon rate for a package that was delivered in 48 hours not 24. Also problems with online packages coming from e-commerce. Last fiasco was a delivery to an ridiculously wrong address -delivered to a building mail-room when delivery address is clearly a single family home-. Stay away from FeDex! Horrible performance / Zero Customer service. 800 cust service phone line also a joke-
