The customer service at the slow location is unbelievable. All of the folks behind the counter are knowledgeable and professional and I usually get helped very quickly. A rare find These Days
I sent him a file to print, but he couldn't do it and said he wouldn't do it. He said he is the manager, he will not do the printing and he will not talk to me. She is a great employee and represents you perfectly, you need to fire (her and him i dont know) immediately.
Not open during posted business hours. Drove out of my way to try to resolve an issue and no one was inside.
