Wasted 40 minutes trying to print 1 page. The guy working made us wait and eventually we left because he kept helping other customers.

Got to the FedEx at 5pm which is their cutoff time with an envelope that had a pre-label. The lady was rude and told me it wouldn’t go out that day. I asked why as 5pm is the last drop time mentioned on the website. And she said they needed time to “process it” I don’t think that’s a thing as I have always come at 5pm or close to 5 and they accepted it and it went out. She told me to come by 430.. so perhaps need to change your website if 430 is your last drop time.

Dawn was beyond helpful. If you ever feel at wits end trying to use automated processes/computers and just need good old fashioned customer service and human interaction, Dawn is everything you could ask for. She’s beyond kind and professional. I’m so grateful for the help- it really helped me in a pinch!

I was treated VERY poorly by the condescending woman behind the counter. I told her I needed 2 labels, shipping 1 package and w/in the same package a return label back to me. I said this two times. Then when she started making up the labels, she became very upset, almost ranting, saying why don't I have an account to do this. Well if I did, would I be in there asking for help! I will never go back to that location !!!
