Customer service at this location is top notch! Really amazing, friendly, healthful and positive! Great staff is essential, y’all got it here!
I would not recommend this location! I slipped out on lunch to print off and mail a few copies and ended up not getting anything done. For some reason the machine charged me for double what I printed. Since there was no one else in the store I asked Ben if he could do a quick refund. After about 10 minutes of me waiting I asked him if he knew how much longer approximately since I was on my lunch and his response was, “I really don’t know how much longer since they don’t make it easy for us here”. Every single time I come here, no matter what time of day, they are closed with a “be back at” sign on the gate. It doesn’t say anywhere online that they are supposed to be closed in the middle of the afternoon for hours at a time. It is such a waste of my time coming here over and over each day just trying to drop off a return package from a company that says I need to bring it to this location FedEx.
