Duane is so kind and inspiring. I genuinely enjoy coming to this FedEx location because of how welcoming and positive he is every time I visit. 9:33am / Wednesday December 31st, whoever this big lady is working behind the counter needs to be trained on customer service, when someone walks in smiling & greets you, you don’t completely ignore them & just stare at them, didn’t say anything back at all, then stands directly behind me from the counter just starring. Weird
We mailed out some packages from this location and the service and attention to detail we received was incredible. Duane helped cut boxes down to custom size to fit my boxes and was so kind to us. His customer service was beyond top notch! Thank you Duane & fedex!
Went here for a large pick up of office material for an event last week. Staff was very helpful and the printing service turned out great.
