I visited this location for a passport photo and staff was very friendly. They made sure the picture was clear so it would not be rejected when I submit my application.
I dropped off a labeled return package at this store two weeks ago, but there has been no tracking movement since. The status still shows that the package is in the store’s possession. When I visited the store to follow up, the staff directed me to FedEx corporate customer service. However, FedEx was unable to assist further without the name of the return address recipient, which is not included on the return label provided. I had to leave a review because FedEx is great and served my shipping needs, but also the guys at this store are so nice and helpful, and they're good at their job. They make you feel like there are actually good, kind people still out there in the world. It is refreshing.
I was here to ship some documents, the lady who was handling the package was just blatant racist. Right from the get go she was very rude and every subsequent conversation was filled with racist intent. Absolutely unacceptable service! I hope this stops!
