Since when does FedEx charge a “handling fee” for dropping off a package with a prepaid label???! ABSOLUTELY NOT. Only this location apparently. Is it coming else here? FedEx, watch yourself. Walk 2 blocks to 17th to avoid the fee.
I’ve generally had good experiences here but today I walked into the store, said hi to the clerk, went to the printing room, and proceeded to get locked in there by the same clerk when they decided to take a break. I’m not sure how they didn’t see me or how they didn’t bother checking to see if anyone was in here, especially considering that I was acknowledged by the clerk when I entered. According to one of the employees, they’re “not a real FedEx” and, as such, attempt to charge a $4 handling fee to scan a prepaid label.
You enter the hotel lobby and turn left. Like all Fedexes in hotels, they add a $4 "service fee" to all shipments. That information is found nowhere at all.
