Very helpful staff. I enjoyed working with them to get the service I needed.
Certainly blame falls on me and I'm just frustrated. They didn't use the city I asked them to use and the package got returned undeliverable, there's $40 I'll never get back. The front line staff were annoyed I was there, maybe they did it on purpose to intentionally screw me and laughed about it after I left. I guess I learned my lesson on trusting those people.
I’ve always found staff to be very helpful & knowledgeable with a willingness to teach me how to run various printers for various tasks. Quiet location. Very nice
