After putting in a certain amount for copies of $10.00 my card was charged $25.00. This overcharge has occurred three different times. They say it is a pending charge but the excess amount is never redeemed. The manager at this particular location stated to me in November that it usually only takes three or four business days. Also when I went to the counter to ask about the situation the young lady there was not totally knowledgeable about the situation.
